Information and Services
Menu PlanningThe enclosed menus are merely suggestions. Our Executive Chef would be happy to prepare any menu you may desire. To allow adequate time for ordering and preparation, menus must be completed a minimum of one week in advance. Large events require the menu completion a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date. The Catering Office can answer any questions regarding any children or vendor meals. GuaranteesThe final guest count must be called into the Catering Office seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function or on Friday for Monday events. If a guarantee is not called in, the approximate attendance at the time of booking or the total guests served, whichever is greater will be charged. For cancellations, please refer to your contract. Buffet Service & Multiple Entrée SelectionsBuffet service is available for groups of thirty (30) or more guests. Multiple entrée selections are available for large groups, however, due to the increased time and preparation of such meals, an additional $3.00 per entrée selection will be charged for 2 entrée choice and $5.00 per selection for 3 entrée choice. |
Other ChargesA room set up and break down charge will be applied for events requiring special set up or extra labor. All events are subject to a 22% gratuity and 7% sales tax. Dress CodeOur dress code for the Club is established and reviewed by the Club’s Board of Directors. The dress code is for members, their Guests, and contracted labor. The following clothing items or styles are not permitted in any area of the club at any time including arranged appointments, delivery and set up: Tank Tops, T-shirts, Short Shorts, Hats or Caps for men (worn indoors). The use of cell phones is restricted in the Clubhouse. Management has the right to refuse entry to any violators. |
